Mediation Skills Training: Intensive 4 - Day Training - Register
This training is designed for those who want to learn the general practice of mediation. It examines the procedures, skills and strategies used by mediators. The training is highly interactive and is approved by the Massachusetts Bar Association. It is the first step required to enter the field of mediation.

Managing Conflict in the Workplace: 1 - Day Workshop - Register
This training is designed for managers, supervisors, team leaders, human resource personnel and customer service staff. The workshop teaches a proven problem-solving model and practical skills to help deal with conflict between staff, management, and customers.

• We have provided this training on-site for Cape Cod Community College, Hospice and Palliative Care of Cape Cod and REACH, YMCA, Cape and Islands Regional Network to End Homelessness, Holyoke Credit Union, Cape Cod Cooperative Bank.

Advanced Mediation Skills Training Court - Based Practicum - Please call 508-240-1717
This is designed to provide an invaluable opportunity to practice newly learned mediation skills in actual cases with real clients. Trainees observe court mediation sessions before being paired with experienced mediators to co-mediate real-world Small Claims Court cases under our supervision.

Peer Mediation Training - Please call 508-240-1717
This training is designed for Middle and High Schools who want to implement a peer mediation program to empower students to resolve their own disputes.

• We have provided this training on-site for Chatham Middle School, Provincetown Middle/High School, Mashpee Middle School and Falmouth High School.
