Intensive Mediation Skills, 4-Day Training

This training is designed for those who want to learn the general practice of mediation. It examines the procedures, skills and strategies used by mediators. The training is highly interactive and is approved by the Massachusetts Bar Association. It is the first step required to enter the field of mediation.

Spring 2010
- Monday & Tuesdays - April 5, 6, 12, and 13
Fall 2010
- Monday & Tuesdays - October 18, 19, 25, and 26

Location: The Corsair and Cross Rip Oceanfront Properties, Dennisport, MA.

Cost: $550 ($495 if payment is received 30 days prior to start of training)

Managing Conflict in the Workplace, 1-Day Workshop

This training is designed for managers, supervisors, team leaders, human resource personnel and customer service staff. The workshop teaches a proven problem-solving model and practical skills to help deal with conflict between staff, management, and customers.

Workforce Training Funds, refunding 50% of the tuition are available to businesses with less than 50 employees. You must apply 6 weeks or more before training begins. Apply through the Mass DOE.
Important Note: Workforce Training Funds were put on hold in July of 2009 due to the State budget crisis. Please contact us to see if they are reinstated before you apply for these funds!
